Make money by selling your face: It can work, apparently...

If you're that strapped for cash, perhaps selling your FACE is the answer.

Some might not believe the bare-faced cheek (GEDDIT?) of the idea, but it has worked.

Back in 2012, ex Cambridge students Ed Moyse and Ross Harper paid off their University debts by selling advertising space on their own faces; painting company logos on their cheeks and foreheads.

The duo is also attempting to survive for a year solely on income generated by transforming themselves into walking advertisements... and it worked!

In 2013, Edinburgh student Jay Jones did the same and many others have found it can be a fun and interesting way to earn some extra cash, if not necessarily enough to make you debt free.

There are many ways to go about it from just setting up a social feed on Twitter or Instragram, or selling a 'Buy My Face'-type gig on a website like Fiverr.
